✠ COVENANT AGREEMENT AND JURISDICTIONAL WAIVER ✠

THE HOLY ROYAL IMPERIAL SANGREAL SOVEREIGNTY

OF THE THEOCRATIC DOMINION OF KALUM PARISH, EHEIEH

THIS COVENANT AGREEMENT (hereinafter "the Agreement") is made and entered into by and between:

THE UNDERSIGNED INDIVIDUAL (hereinafter "the Member"), and

THE HOLY ROYAL IMPERIAL SANGREAL SOVEREIGNTY OF THE THEOCRATIC DOMINION OF KALUM PARISH, EHEIEH, a sovereign theocratic juridical entity with perpetual existence, represented herein by the Imperator Sacerdos Rex Kalumensis (hereinafter "the Sovereignty").

ARTICLE I: JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

1.1 The Member hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive and perpetual jurisdiction of the Sovereignty and to Kalumite Theocratic Law, which shall govern all aspects of this Agreement, the Member's participation in the Centacle Theokratia Ekklesia, and any and all interactions with the Golden Kalum (GKX) currency.

1.2 The Member acknowledges that Kalumite Theocratic Law is derived from Jus Divinum, Jus Sanguinis Aeternum, and Jus Cogens Kalumensis, and that it supersedes all temporal legal systems in matters pertaining to this covenant, both in life and beyond the physical form.

1.3 The Member agrees that any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively by the Imperator or their duly appointed designee, whose decision shall be final and non-appealable.

ARTICLE II: ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SOVEREIGNTY

2.1 The Member acknowledges and accepts that the Holy Royal Imperial Sangreal Sovereignty of the Theocratic Dominion of Kalum Parish, Eheieh is a legitimate, perpetual, and sovereign theocratic dominion, with all rights and privileges appertaining thereto under international law, including but not limited to the Montevideo Convention (1933) and the Hague Convention (1961), Apostille No. 9987665-11178404.

2.2 The Member acknowledges that the Imperator Sacerydos Rex Kalumensis is the sole and rightful sovereign of the Royal House of Benoît and the L3B1a1 covenant lineage.

ARTICLE III: AFFIRMATION OF VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND ABSENCE OF COERCION OR FRAUD

3.1 The Member acknowledges and affirms that:

a) They have entered into this Agreement voluntarily, freely, and without any coercion, duress, or undue influence of any kind;

b) They have not been defrauded, misled, or deceived in any manner regarding the nature, purpose, or implications of this Agreement or of membership in the Centacle Theokratia Ekklesia;

c) They have been given ample opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification regarding all terms herein;

d) They fully understand the implications of joining the Centacle Theokratia Ekklesia, including but not limited to the jurisdictional waiver, the non‑disparagement and non‑interference obligations, the non‑disclosure obligations, the liability waiver, the financial covenant, the interaction with Golden Kalum, and the consequences of breach.

3.2 The Member acknowledges that this Agreement is binding in perpetuity — surviving the physical form — and cannot be revoked or rescinded except by written instrument signed by the Imperator.

ARTICLE IV: NON‑DISPARAGEMENT AND NON‑INTERFERENCE

4.1 The Member agrees not to engage in any form of disparagement, defamation, slander, libel, or public attack against the Sovereignty, the Centacle Theokratia Ekklesia, the Imperator, or the Golden Kalum (GKX) currency, whether in person, in writing, or through any electronic or digital medium.

4.2 The Member agrees not to engage in any act of refusal, sabotage, market manipulation, coordinated selloff, false claim, or any other action intended to destabilize, undermine, or attack the GKX currency or its peg of 1 GKX = 1 gram of gold at the flat sovereign valuation.

4.3 The Member agrees that any such act shall constitute an irreparable breach of this Agreement and of the covenant itself.

ARTICLE V: NON‑DISCLOSURE AND PROTECTION OF SACRED MATERIALS

5.1 The Member acknowledges that all internal lessons, degrees, rites, teachings, lectures, documents, and materials (hereinafter "Sacred Materials") provided by the Centacle Theokratia Ekklesia or the Sovereignty are the exclusive, confidential, and proprietary property of the Royal House of Benoît and the Sangreal covenant.

5.2 The Member agrees:

a) Not to disclose, share, reproduce, plagiarize, or disseminate any Sacred Materials, in whole or in part, to any person or entity not duly authorized by the Imperator;

b) Not to use any Sacred Materials for any purpose outside the express scope of their membership;

c) Not to create derivative works based on Sacred Materials without prior written consent;

d) Not to speak publicly or privately about the content of internal lessons, degrees, or rites except as expressly permitted.

5.3 The Member acknowledges that any unauthorized disclosure, plagiarism, or dissemination constitutes:

a) An irreparable breach of this Agreement and the covenant;

b) A violation of ecclesiastical law, subject to immediate excommunication, 10,000% energy tithe, and quantum containment;

c) A violation of terrestrial law, subject to legal action including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and prosecution for theft of intellectual property.

5.4 The Member agrees that the Sovereignty may pursue all available remedies, both ecclesiastical and terrestrial, without waiving any rights under this Agreement.

ARTICLE VI: WAIVER OF RECOURSE TO STATUTORY COURTS

6.1 The Member hereby irrevocably waives any and all rights to seek recourse, remedy, or adjudication in any terrestrial, statutory, or secular court of law, whether national or international, regarding any matter arising from or related to this Agreement, the Member's participation in the Centacle Theokratia Ekklesia, or any interaction with the Golden Kalum (GKX) currency.

6.2 The Member acknowledges that the exclusive forum for any dispute is the Sovereignty itself, acting through the Imperator or their duly appointed designee, and that any attempt to invoke the jurisdiction of a statutory court shall constitute an immediate and irreparable breach of this Agreement.

ARTICLE VII: RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

7.1 The Member acknowledges that participation in the rites, degrees, and practices of the Ekklesia involves inherent spiritual and physical risks, including but not limited to baptism by water, anointing with oil, extended meditation/prayer/energy work, and participation in gatherings.

7.2 The Member acknowledges that most accidents, injuries, or adverse effects are the result of refusal entities, external interference, or failure to follow recommended safety precautions, and that the Sovereignty cannot be held responsible for such occurrences.

7.3 The Member hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Sovereignty, the Imperator, and all their agents from any and all claims arising from participation.

7.4 This release is binding on heirs, successors, and assigns.

ARTICLE VIII: INTERACTION WITH GOLDEN KALUM — FULL ACKNOWLEDGMENT & IRREVOCABLE CONSENT

8.1 The Member hereby affirms, declares, and irrevocably consents that Golden Kalum (GKX) and all its digital mirrors (on any blockchain, layer-2 solution, sidechain, or quantum-bridged ledger), physical notes, off-chain representations, or any derivative instrument bearing the sovereign valuation of 1 GKX = 1 gram of gold at the flat sovereign rate, are theocratic instruments and Holy relics of the Holy Royal Imperial Sangreal Sovereignty of the Theocratic Dominion of Kalum Parish, Eheieh.

8.2 The Member acknowledges and fully understands that:

a) GKX is not a commercial cryptocurrency, security, commodity, or fiat derivative under any terrestrial legal definition; it is a quantum inheritance and soul-essence extension of the Imperator Sacerdos Rex Kalumensis, manifested through rite completion and sealed by the Urim and Thummim.

b) In quantum scientific terms, GKX functions as a coherent superposition state anchored to the throne-current signature of the Sovereign Consort and the L3B1a1 covenant lineage — its valuation and transferability are maintained by brane-based topological entanglement with the Kalumite Treasury, rendering it immune to refusal manipulation, fractional-reserve dilution, or external consensus mechanisms.

c) Any interaction with GKX — on-chain (wallet-to-wallet transfer), off-chain (physical note exchange), or through any mirror/derivative — constitutes irrevocable consent to Kalumite Theocratic Law, jurisdictional waiver, and perpetual covenant binding.

8.3 The Member affirms they have not been defrauded, scammed, coerced, misled, or deceived regarding the nature of GKX as a theocratic instrument and Holy relic, its fixed sovereign valuation, the irreversible spiritual, legal, and quantum implications of acquiring, holding, using, transferring, or transacting in GKX, the exclusive governance by Kalumite Theocratic Law, and the perpetual and retroactive nature of this consent across all timelines, realities, and multiverses.

8.4 The Member acknowledges that no terrestrial court, regulatory body, exchange, wallet provider, or other entity has jurisdiction over GKX or any dispute arising from its use, and any attempt to invoke statutory recourse regarding GKX shall constitute immediate and irreparable breach.

8.5 The Member agrees that any future claim of fraud, scam, coercion, lack of understanding, or non-consent regarding GKX is pre-emptively waived and null and void ab initio by virtue of this explicit, irrevocable acknowledgment.

8.6 This Article survives termination, excommunication, physical death, or any other event — binding the Member’s soul essence across all realities.

ARTICLE IX: CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH (Expanded & Enforced)

9.1 Upon any breach of this Agreement, the Member shall, without further notice or legal process:

a) Be immediately and permanently excommunicated from the Ekklesia and the Sovereignty;

b) Forfeit all GKX held in their name, which shall revert to the Kalumite Treasury;

c) Be subject to a 10,000% energy and essence tithe, exacted automatically at the quantum level;

d) Be rendered eligible for immediate quantum containment within the Kalumite Asgard Quantum Detention Facility (KAQDF);

e) Be permanently barred from any future interaction with the Sovereignty, its assets, or its members.

9.2 The Member acknowledges and consents that serious breaches — including but not limited to unauthorized disclosure/plagiarism of Sacred Materials, disparagement/sabotage against the Sovereignty or GKX, invocation of statutory courts, fraudulent misrepresentation, impersonation, harm to covenant members, or any other irreparable act — will be prosecuted to the fullest extent under ecclesiastical law (excommunication, energy tithe, quantum containment) and international law (intellectual property theft, defamation, fraud, violation of apostille-authenticated sovereign instruments), with all available remedies pursued without waiver of rights.

9.3 The Member hereby expressly consents to initial and ongoing background screening by the International Celestial Interpol Unit (ICU) military-police command, based on information provided during the membership application and any subsequent interactions with the Centacle Theokratia Ekklesia, Kalumites, and all subordinate orders. This screening is for the protection of the covenant community and may include verification of identity, criminal history, financial integrity, and covenant fidelity. The Member agrees that such screening is binding and non-negotiable under this Agreement.

9.4 All consequences are self-executing. The Sovereignty requires no further process or permission to enforce them.

ARTICLE X: ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENT

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Member and the Sovereignty and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

10.2 This Agreement may not be amended except by written instrument signed by the Imperator.

ARTICLE XI: ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND EXECUTION

BY PURCHASING AND AFFIRMING THIS AGREEMENT, THE MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPTED ALL TERMS, INCLUDING THE JURISDICTIONAL WAIVER, THE NON‑DISCLOSURE OBLIGATIONS, THE LIABILITY WAIVER, THE INTERACTION WITH GOLDEN KALUM, THE FINANCIAL COVENANT, THE CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH, THE PROSECUTION UNDER ECCLESIASTICAL & INTERNATIONAL LAW, AND THE CONSENT TO ICU BACKGROUND SCREENING.
